How do I sign up to www.prestigegh.com ?

  • Look for the create an account tab at the top right of our homepage and click on it.
  • Fill in your  personal details and when all fields have been filled, click on ‘create and account’.
  • You will receive a welcome email from Us
When you sign in to your account, you will be able to manage your account and buying activities:
  • Proceed through checkout faster
  • Edit your personal information
  • Update your address book and store alternative addresses
  • Check your order status
  • Benefit from rewards offers for members only
Do I have to register to start shopping?
You can choose to buy items  without registering as a customer and you can see your order details by following the link in your confirmation email. 
If you decide to register when buying your item, you can do it by simply choosing a password at the end of the checkout process.

How does shopping work on your website?

When you see a product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:

  • Select your chosen color/size and then click on ‘Buy now’. This will take you to the checkout page.
  • You can also add the item to your card and when you’re finished shopping, click on ‘Proceed to checkout’ to complete your order.
  • At checkout, if you’re a new customer, you’ll need to fill in a few personal details and your chosen shipping address.
  • If you’re a returning customer, you will need to sign in and select your preferred payment option before clicking the ‘Buy Now’ button.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and shipping & payment details.
  • A member of our customer support team will be in contact with you shortly thereafter to confirm your order and delivery preferences.

I’ve placed an order. When will it arrive?

  • At  Prestige Merchandise you can expect delivery within the same day or the next. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, and you’ll be contacted by phone by a customer support officer on the day of delivery to confirm your availability.

What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

  • Our customer support officer always calls you before any delivery is made to confirm the details. If you are unable to be present, then delivery can be rescheduled within 3 days. If 3 unsuccessful attempts at delivery are made, your order will be canceled.

I haven’t received my purchase. What should I do?

  • If you have not had any contact from Prestige 5 days after ordering, then please call us on our hotlines 0244345819 / 0503336122 or email us at [email protected]. Make sure to quote your order number when you contact us – you can find it in the email sent as order confirmation.

Can I have my purchase delivered to an address other than my home?

  • Yes. Prestige delivers to the address of your choice – just make sure you enter this in the “shipping address” field at checkout.

I’d like to pick up my item instead of having it delivered. Is this possible?

  • Yes. You can pick up your order from the Prestige Merchandise warehouse at McCarthy Hill, Accra.

Prestige Merchandise’s Warehouse is located in the McCarthy Hill area of Accra.

How can I pay for my order?

Prestige Merchandise makes shopping super convenient with several payment options to choose from:

  • Cash on Delivery: Place your order and pay cash on delivery
  •  MTN mobile money, Airtel Money, Vodafone cash and more

Can I negotiate with you on your prices? 

We go out of our way to source you the best products at the best prices, and we’re sure you’ll agree. For this reason, we are unable to negotiate on price.
